    im interested in this info. my only question is this paypal account is affiliated in philippine bank accounts like bdo, pnb, chinabank or other local banks and if i want to refund my money to a local banks what will i do first? thanks please reply immediately :)

    I do not think PayPal is affiliated with any local banks. However, almost all banks here can receive your paypal withdrawals. Unionbank is the best for me because they even show the Paypal logo on their site. But I have also tried using BDO and BPI to receive my money from paypal, but with charges. Unionbank does not charge so I have been using it for 4 years now, I do monthly withdrawal. :)
